For our unit 3 project, me and Phill chose to work on a drive-time radio show. We both agreed that drive-time was the best type of radio show to create and we used Chris Evans and Steve Wright as a basis for our own show. I think I worked well as part of the team and independently. In pre-production I made many contributions to the project, such as researching to discover an estimated cost to make the show and contributing towards the scripts for features used in the show. I also contributed to pieces of work done by other members of the team. When working with other members I took caution so as not to cause an altercation between us and when working on my own I worked to my full potential in order to complete the project. Despite myself being ill for a week of the production process, we did not fall behind in any of the work and and completed the project before the set deadline. There were a few times when we me and Phill did not communicate well, but we fixed this by using texts to arrange meeting times and locations.

Minutes from meeting
1. The team members have discussed dividing up group roles and have discussed the roles in great detail. Phill Wickham has been cast in the role of content writer and developer whilst Alex Dean has been given the role of editor and technology manager.
2. After great length of discussion, the team has decided on a Drive-time Radio broadcast that will feature several comical sketches. A timescale for the project has been set at just over two weeks. Both Phill and Alex have contributed ideas for show content and most of these should be usable. Some of the ideas so far include 'Where's Granny?', 'Ask Adam' and 'Broken Sat-Nav'. Roles have been further considered in terms of voice acting for comical sketches, Phill has volunteered for the role of any future characters included in comic sketches. Ask Adam has been considered as a feature, though permission and cooperation is required from Adam for the role.
3. We have found a suitable studio for us to record in. We have been in contact and have managed to book this studio for our show.
4. Equipment required has also been considered and taken into account, coming to just under £2400. We have created a production cost sheet which has been uploaded to the blog.
5. We will take great care not to say anything that could be considered offensive, we will also make sure that we are allowed to play all of the songs that we have chosen for the show
6. We will check the studio for any health and safety risks and remove them before we do any recording. We have filled out a risk assessment form detailing these risks and the precautions we will take to ensure that they do not affect us
